NovaLeatherworks LLC, operating under the fictitious name "Nova Works LLC", ("Nova Works", "we", "our", or "the Company") operates the Tenant Receipts mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled.
1. Data Handling
The App is primarily designed to store user-generated information locally on your device. Tenant Receipts and Nova Works LLC do not directly access, review, or store your personal records, photos, notes, or generated documents on company-controlled servers.
2. Information You Enter
Any photos, notes, names, or checklist items you enter remain entirely on your device. We do not have access to your data and do not share it with anyone.
3. Local Storage Only
All data is stored locally. If you uninstall the App, your data is permanently deleted. The App does not provide cloud backups, account login, or server storage.
Certain optional online features or future account-based functionality may require limited communication with third-party services or cloud infrastructure. Additional disclosures will be provided if those features become active.
4. Permissions
- Camera: used only to take photos for your documentation
- Storage: used only to save or select images when generating reports
5. Advertising & Google AdMob
The App displays advertisements using the Google AdMob platform. AdMob may use the Google Advertising ID to deliver, measure, and improve ad performance. This identifier does not reveal your personal identity and may be reset or disabled at any time through your device settings.
The App does not independently use or sell Advertising ID information outside of services provided by Google AdMob and related Google Play Services.
6. Children’s Privacy
Because the App collects no personal data, it does not knowingly collect information from children. Users under 13 should use the App with supervision.
7. Security
Your device’s own security features protect your information. We do not store, access, or manage your data.
8. Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
